1. CHECK-IN:

Check-in starts after 3:00 PM at a time convenient for you.

Early check-in is possible only upon prior request and with an additional fee.

For check-in between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, half a night fee is charged; for arrivals before 10:00 AM, a full night fee applies.

2. CHECK-OUT:

The apartment must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Late check-out after 11:00 AM is allowed only by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.

Please leave the apartment clean and tidy upon departure.

3. RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND PREPAYMENT:

To confirm your reservation, full prepayment of your stay must be made via bank transfer. Payment should be made within 3 working days after the reservation is confirmed by the host.

3.1 Cancellation Policies:

Full refund for cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival.

50% refund for cancellations made up to 10 days before arrival.

No refund for cancellations made within the last 10 days before arrival.

4. EXTRA BEDS:

A baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon prior request.

5. APARTMENT EQUIPMENT:

The apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

For special requests, we can assist you with information on where to purchase additional kitchen, bedding, or other appliances at your own expense.

6. OTHER CONDITIONS:

Reservations for a single night are accepted only 1-2 days prior to the check-in date.

A cleaning fee of 50 BGN applies for stays of one night.

The minimum stay for New Year's holidays is 5 nights.

For stays of 10 nights, a free cleaning service is provided once, including a change of bed linen and towels.

In case of an emergency apartment unlocking by the host, a fee of 30 BGN applies. If a key is lost and a locksmith is called, the guest covers the locksmith's charge.

Only guests registered in advance in the Unified System of the Ministry of Tourism are allowed in the apartment.

Please dispose of waste in the designated containers outside the building. Disposal of food waste or trash in the sink or toilet is prohibited.

7. DAMAGES AND REPAIRS:

The host covers the costs of repairs caused by normal use of the property within 48 hours.

Damages caused by the guest’s fault must be repaired or paid for before departure.

8. NOISE AND GATHERINGS:

Parties, celebrations, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette events are not allowed in the apartment.

Please comply with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and avoid disturbing the neighbors.

Please avoid noise in the apartment and building between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

9. SMOKING:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our apartments.

10. PETS:

Pets are allowed only after prior approval from the host and against an additional fee.

A deposit and daily fee for your pet are required.
